Links Community Centre is a simulated community organisation developed by Acknowledge Education for their students studying the Diploma of Community Services.
Our Services
Links Community Centre (LCC) was established in 2025 to offer a range of services and programs that support the needs of communities, families and individuals. LCC delivers trauma-informed care through holistic practices, providing mental health support, crisis intervention and case management to empower individuals toward a recovery-focused wellness.
Case Management Collaborative support to address needs by planning and coordinating services to ensure the best outcomes.
Mental Health Services
Individual support to access recovery-focused and person-centered support.
Crisis Support
Safety focused support for homelessness, drugs, alcohol and domestic and family violence.
Advocacy and Representation
Initiatives that promote the rights and well-being of individuals and groups.
